As CEO and Managing Director of FocalPoint Business Coaching in Australia, Rob oversees the Australian Business Coaching operation. Rob has over 30 years international business and leadership experience in the energy industry, having had numerous leadership roles in Europe, Asia, Middle East, USA and Australia. Prior to joining FocalPoint, Rob was CEO of an ASX listed energy company. Rob made the transition to business and executive coaching because he saw the opportunity to combine the outstanding coaching and training collateral of FocalPoint with his leadership experience to do more of what he loved doing – developing leaders and helping people to achieve their goals. Rob holds a Bachelor of Economics from LaTrobe University, has completed an Advanced Leadership Program at Arizona’s Thunderbird University and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Rob is a Certified Executive Coach, Business Coach and licensed facilitator of a number of executive coaching and leadership programs.
