The Situation
The client was a national executive at a commercial and residential real estate company.
The client had a corporate leadership role where he was required to coordinate upline and also deal with multiple owners of independent franchisees in the franchise network of the real estate company. He was finding it difficult to influence and manage his relationships with some strong personalities he was encountering in the field and internally in headquarters with some of the senior management team.
The Solution
Through working with a coach the client did some one-on-one sessions using the Navigational Conversations program, which teaches a specific structure for executives to have coaching conversations with their teams and outside partners. Providing the client with a structured coaching and feedback model gave him great confidence in approaching challenging situations.

Before the coaching, the client would find himself offering the solutions to his franchisees but they would not take on board the suggestions” the coach said.
