Navigational Conversations is a program that trains leaders how to provide effective coaching in the workplace.
Constructive workplace conversations are the lifeblood of successful organizations and the mark of effective leadership. It’s not enough to have great technical skills without great communication skills. Adopting a coaching mindset and applying the Navigational Conversations coaching model up-skills organizational leaders to radically improve the quality of their daily interactions with others.
Presented by a FocalPoint Licensed Facilitator, this two day program can be split over two days to accommodate busy schedules. A minimum group of 4 participants is generally required for the running of the program, so gather a group and enquire now!
