Navigational Conversations is a strategic coaching skills program that trains leaders how to coach their team to achieve positive outcomes in the workplace. A functional, practical 5 step coaching model is utilised to jointly develop solutions, having considered a number of potential speed bumps and challenges that may arise and agreeing a firm action plan.

It’s not enough to have great technical skills without great communication skills. Presented by a FocalPoint Licensed Facilitator, this two-day program can be split over two days to accommodate busy schedules. A minimum group of 4 participants is generally required for the running of the program, so gather a group and enquire now! If you have less than 4 participants, don’t despair! It can be conducted in smaller groups or one on one. Enquire to discuss alternatives!
