Grow Your Existing Business
This 3 month program has been designed for business owners and leaders who have a proven business concept, have a demonstrated demand for their product and are ready to take their business to the next level. The program will provide you with new strategic planning skills and have you develop a usable strategic plan. You will develop key metrics and a business dashboard for your business and clarify who your customers should be and what they need. You will develop relevant marketing messages for your business. Each participant will complete a behavioural assessment and receive a 1 on 1 debrief from a Certified Business Coach.
